1. Safety
Safety is your responsibility. Technology and the laws and limitations imposed by manufacturers and content owners are constantly changing. Your safety is your own responsibility, including proper use of equipment and safety gear, and determining whether you have adequate skill and experience. Power tools, electricity, and other resources used for these products are dangerous, unless used properly and with adequate precautions, including safety gear.
It is your responsibility to properly install any product. Luna Holiday Lights recommends consultation with or work by a professional installer or other professional for all of its products, especially if you are unsure of the electrical and safety considerations. It is also your responsibility to make sure that your activities comply with applicable laws, including ordinances and codes of any state, county, and city. Luna Holiday Lights disclaims all responsibility for any resulting damage, injury, expense, or fines resulting from such failure to properly install or comply with applicable laws, ordinances, and codes.
2. Placing an Order
Luna Holiday Lights website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can be placed at any time. For assistance with your order or product information, our knowledgeable sales team is available during business hours via instant chat, email or the phone.
Unfortunately, we are not setup to take orders in person at our Lynnwood, WA location. We do allow product pickups at this location, but orders must be placed online or over the phone at least 4 hours prior to picking up the products.
3. Shipping
What are my shipping options?
- Standard: 2-10 Business Days (UPS Ground, USPS)
- Delivery in the continental U.S. within six business days, Monday-Friday, by 7:00 PM
- Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may vary.
- At present, Luna Holiday Lights can only ship products within the 50 states.
- Luna Holiday Lights cannot fill or ship international orders.
How are my shipping costs calculated?
We estimate all of our shipping charges by weight, delivery / ship to locations and shipping methods. Actual shipping charges may apply.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days.
What do I do if my order is late?
If the expected delivery time listed with your choice of shipping has expired, and tracking information does not help, please contact us immediately. Your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery. If you are not present when a delivery is attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a third. If delivery is still not made, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You must report to us any undelivered order within 25 days of the date you placed the order.
What if my package is damaged when it is delivered?
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately so that we can correct the situation as soon as possible.
4. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Luna Holiday Lights product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Holiday Bright Lights reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Luna Holiday Lights reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Luna Holiday Lights shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
5. Return Policy
- Our satisfaction guarantee is to offer the best solution for your situation.Products can be returned within 30 days
- If a product is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our team of customer service professionals will work with you to satisfy your business needs. Please note that credits may take up to two weeks to process once product has been received in.
- Important: Accepting returns are subject to the following:
- Products returned due to buyer remorse must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return non-defective products.
- Keep all products in new condition. Do not remove UPC codes. (We can not accept boxes without UPC codes). Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging in “like-new condition” and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Linked promotional items must also be included.
If I’m not satisfied with a product, how do I return it?
Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- A very brief description of why you wish to return the product
- How you would like to proceed – for example, would you like credit, or a different product?
- A service professional will email you a return authorization form, and specific instructions to follow.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return a non-defective product.
- Save any tracking information
- Products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging in “like new condition”, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
What if the product is defective?
- Our goal is to correct the situation as quickly as possible. In rare instances, some manufacturers require direct contact to arrange returns
- If you notify us of any defect within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product title, provided there is still stock.
- Keep all original packaging as you received it.
- Products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging in “like new condition”, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
